How much does concrete leveling cost?
Each job is different, but in general, leveling your existing concrete costs less than half of replacement.  Leveling is priced by the square foot, which is how replacement is priced, which will allow you to easily compare the savings that Concrete Jack can provide.  Some void filling jobs are priced by volume (how much we pump).  Either way, you will be provided with a detailed quote with prices that are good for 30 days.

Where does Concrete Jack work?
Concrete Jack works throughout the state of Virginia, and in North Carolina's Outer Banks.

How long does it take?
Concrete Jack can complete most jobs in a single day.  Specialty jobs can take longer, but you will be provided with an accurate time-frame for completion along with your proposal.

How long until we can use our concrete?
Immediately after we're done.  You can drive, walk, and do whatever else you want on your concrete as soon as Concrete Jack is done leveling it.

Does it really work?
Yes; check out the pictures on the before & after pages and the testimonial page!  Concrete Jack's skilled technicians have completed all kinds of complex projects, from filling under and raising floors inside of homes to leveling all types of pool decks.

What is the most Concrete Jack has lifted concrete?
We have lifted pieces of concrete more than a foot.  Concrete Jack has also filled voids up to 18 inches deep under concrete that was then raised more than a foot!

What if we wait?
Most concrete slabs will wedge against an adjacent slab or structure or come to a rest on a point of ground under them and appear from the surface to have stabilized.  However, the voids that caused the concrete to settle do not fix themselves, and the concrete remains largely unsupported.  Over time, this will result in cracking and further settlement, which can be more difficult (and expensive) to fix.  Fixing the concrete sooner than later is recommended to preserve the integrity of your concrete.

Is Concrete Jack safe?
Yes; Concrete Jack is very safe.  It doesn't take much pressure to raise concrete, and the risks of damage to the surrounding area are low, since we use reliable, small equipment operated by our skilled concrete leveling technicians.

Does your process ever result in cracks?
Occassionally yes.  Relatively infrequently, concrete slabs that we are working on will crack.  Nonuniform thickness of concrete is the most frequent cause of cracking, and is a result of improper initial installation of the concrete.  Concrete Jack can not control the level of quality at which your concrete was originally installed.

What is Concrete Jack's BBB Rating?
An member of the Better Business Bureau, Concrete Jack is rated A.  The BBB's report on Concrete Jack can be found here.

Does Concrete Jack really work in all of Virginia?
Yes, we do.  Our crews operate out of a shop facility near Richmond, which allows them to travel throughout the state and also into Northeastern North Carolina with ease.  Because concrete leveling is such a cost effective alternative other repairs, we can travel rather far and still save our customers considerable money compared to replacement.  Plus, you still enjoy the benefits of immediate use, environmental friendliness and no landscaping damage!
