Sewer Repair
Less than a day before this house was set to close, a sewer leak was discovered under the driveway. After the leak was repaired, Concrete Jack backfilled the area where the driveway was undercut, which avoided having to repour the driveway the morning of the closing.
Garden sinkhole
Before
This large sinkhole opened up where a driveway met the front wall of a house.
The Process
Pipes are inserted into the affected area in order to inject material.
After
By using deep lifting techniques, the existing topsoil was left in place undisturbed. All excess lifting material will be cleaned from the surface and the mulch replaced.
Driveway settlement prevention
Before
The dirt around this sidewalk and driveway settled, channeling water under the driveway, which resulted in settlement under the driveway.
After
After filling the void under the driveway to prevent future cracking, the area adjacent to the sidewalk was filled to stop puddling of water and further settlement.
