Interior Floors Concrete Jack's skilled technicians and advanced equipment allow us to complete challenging projects efficiently and effectively.
Before
The floor inside of this addition had cracked, and had voids under it, allowing water to flow into the room during heavy rain storms.
After
Concrete Jack's skilled technicians filled the voids under the floor, raised it back up (it had settled around 1/4 inch) and then sealed the cracks. A sand-bedded French drain was also installed on the exterior side of the wall to help further improve the situation.
Unintentional Crawl Space
This picture is taken through a hole in floor; showing a 12 inch void under a slab floor inside of a home.
This photo was taken with the camera shown in the above picture, which was maneauvered around the large void to monitor the void filling.
Flowable grout was pumped in through pipes inserted through the exterior walls to avoid having to disturb the wood flooring on the top side of the slab. The red arrow points to the grout as it creeps forward filling the void and resupporting the floor.
Before
The floor inside of this addition settled; the green line indicates the original elevation, the red line where it had settled to.
After
Concrete Jack raised the floor back up to its original level and then reapplied a skim coat that was needed to match the level of an additional subfloor treatment on the adjacent floor.
Settled Bathroom Floor
The floor inside of this bathroom settled slightly, but enough to cause a large crack to form in the floor tiles. Concrete Jack filled the void space under the floor and raised the floor back up. All of the work was completed within feet of multiple plumbing fixtures, none of which were affected by Concrete Jack's work.
