How it Works

Soil stabilization is completed by following these steps:

  1. Investigate existing soil conditions
  2. Drive injection pipes to appropriate depths of soil strata
  3. Introduce water (if desired) to speed reaction time
  4. Pump single component soil stabilizer into soil

Refusal of a certain injection pressure or a specific measurement of volume placed can be used to determine adequate injection.  Depending on the moisture content of the existing soil, the soil stabilizer will harden in as little as 2 hours.  Catalyst may be used to further speed reaction time.
